The Government’s extension of Free School Meals is a start.
‍But it still leaves too many children and families behind.

I am a mother of three children who are in primary school but because of my income, we are not entitled to free school meals. Every child deserves to be treated the same way by receiving hot meals from school at dinner time. Having to eat cold packed lunches everyday whilst your classmates are eating hot meals sitting next to you is not just fair in my point of view.

Please provide free school meals for every child - this will encourage social cohesion, improve diet and eating habits (and thus the health of children and adults), and improve educational achievement.
